Refund and cancellation policy
How cancellation, refunds, and chargebacks work for Cloudskill subscriptions.
This policy applies to purchases made through cloudskill.com, operated by LIONS, TYGAS AND BAIRS LTD ("we", "us", "our"). Cloudskill is sold to organisations on a per-seat subscription basis: £15 per seat per month, minimum 5 seats, billed monthly or annually.
Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel your Cloudskill subscription at any time by emailing hello@cloudskill.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period and will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
If you believe you have been charged in error, or if Cloudskill has failed to function as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@cloudskill.com. We will review the request and, if appropriate, issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Statutory consumer rights (UK consumers)
Where you purchase as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By starting to use Cloudskill during the 14-day cancellation period, you consent to immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once the service has been fully provided.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge over the following 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be suspended until payment is made. Your data will be retained for 30 days after suspension before deletion.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.
