Common questions about billing.

Why per seat? Why not per skill or per use?

Per-seat pricing matches how organisations actually budget for software. You know your headcount; you know what each tool costs. Per-skill or per-use models create unpredictable bills and conversations about whether to use the product. We don't want that.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your card is charged automatically on day 15. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.

Can I change the number of seats?

Yes, at any time from your admin dashboard. Seat changes are prorated. Adding seats charges the difference immediately; removing seats credits the difference toward your next bill.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Monthly subscriptions stop at the end of the current month. Annual subscriptions stop at the end of the current year. We don't refund mid-period for annual plans, but we don't auto-renew without notice.

Do you offer enterprise pricing for larger teams?

For organisations above 200 seats, we offer custom pricing with volume discounts, dedicated support, contracted SLAs, and procurement-friendly contracts. Email us to discuss.

How does VAT / sales tax work?

Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record and handles all tax collection and remittance. The price you see is the net price; tax is added at checkout based on your billing country. VAT-registered EU businesses can enter their VAT number for reverse-charge treatment.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. For enterprise contracts above 200 seats, we accept invoice-based billing with bank transfer.
